STADA is looking for a Pricing Manager.

 

Core Job Tasks:

Monitor local MA pricing regulations, derive local business implications
Monitor own and competitor pricing trend, deliver reports and pricing recommendations for proactive and reactive measures
Responsible for pricing analytics including impact analysis in consideration of country-specific reference rules on a local scale. Provide strategic guidance and guide measures set up to alleviate or mitigate the impact
Provide pricing variation information for business planning and business cases evaluation
Lead local pricing approval process. Responsible for associated analyses and recommendations
Develop and evaluate innovative pricing and market access models, such as value-based pricing and other financial models
Develop strategic guidance and toolkits for contracting and tendering. Provide analysis of competitive pricing environment in tender business, drive price forecasting for state channel
Provide pricing ad-hoc or systematic input into product expansion, business development, licensing and acquisition
Develop quality local customer network, own local stakeholder mapping & engagement
Responsible for pricing submission & negotiation and pricing optimization (self-pay market)
Perform pricing assessment for portfolio expansion
Actively participate in monthly S&OP meetings or other cross-functional meetings to ensure pricing strategy implementation on a short-term range
Collaborate with global and local cross-functional business partners
Participate and take active part in Local pharma associations initiatives regarding Pricing in federal and regional level

 

Requirements:

University degree / Additional education in Economics, Public Health is a plus
2+ years pricing-related experience in pharmaceutical industry or payer organization
Proficient in pharmaceutical pricing analyses and in-market pricing management
Knowledge about the country’s health care system and pricing & reimbursement decision making
Experience in pricing negotiation with payers in the country to achieve optimal price, reimbursement and listing
Experience in developing innovative pricing models and payer outcome solution is a plus
Experience in health policy to engage external stakeholders, shape pricing and reimbursement rules with payer agencies is a plus
Experience in pricing & market access valuation of BD&L (business development & licensing) assets is a plus
