Bayer is looking for a PR manager (Division: Enabling functions).

 

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementation of Bayer CH strategy communications plans for priority brands and business topics aligned with the core business goals and company purposes; also set measurable communications and earned media goals
Close collaboration with cross-functional internal stakeholders
Provide 360° communication support for CH as a reliable BP being in close cooperation with business, considering its priorities and needs
Lead internal communications and support the coordination of internal activities and initiatives
Provide communications with Bayer CH headquarters and ensure localization of global initiatives
Drive personal brand of key internal stakeholders
Manage Bayer brand communications in part of corporate branding standards
Participation in Bayer CH CIS projects
Provide full editorial support (editing, proofreading and revision of texts.) for corporate and business needs
Manage media database, provide strong communications with media and social media representatives
KOLs: builds trustful relations through collaborations in frame of media projects
Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage internal events and news agenda
Work with daily communications activities across the markets
Manage external agencies and partners
Fulfillment of the additional assignments given by the management

 

Important:

Higher education in PR or journalism
Work experience in PR-agencies or pharmaceutical companies dealing with OTC brands
Successful experience in project management
Highly articulate with excellent written communications and presentation skills
Good knowledge and experience of digital communications and tools
Ability to think and contribute ideas towards achieving strong corporate image
Proven track record of communication delivery. Distinctive strategic and conceptual capabilities combined with creative thinking, political and cultural sensitivity, management and diplomatic skills to adjust communication strategies to permanent internal and external change
Resilient, authentic and a positive “can do” attitude
Strong copywriting skills English and Russian
Fluent English
