Moёt Hennessy Russia is searching for a PR&Loyalty Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strong PR plans
- Develop communication approach for brand activities, select channels of greater affinity and pitch messages/topics ultimately resulting in editorial outcome and UGC/social commentary to reach the targeted consumer
- Create pool of loyal media representatives and appropriate media channels for each brand to increase the quality and frequency of media outcomes
- Develop and implement strategy for establishing relations with KOLs, celebrities, and professionals to increase engagement and loyalty
- Lead guest relations for all marketing events, creating a pool of loyal guests for each brand
- Adhere to best practices through knowledge of MH Europe & Maisons strategies, competencies, etc.
- Sourcing of a new pool of PR Agencies and their efficient management
- Provide valuable input in addressing legal challenges and constantly look for new opportunities for brand communications in a highly regulated environment
- Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams (Brand Team, Trade Marketing, OnTrade, etc.), engage stakeholders ensuring alignment of key current projects scope and timelines
- Cooperation with legal department ensuring all communication activities are in compliance with legal and corporate requirements
- Prepare reports on brand communications activities, provide measurement and evaluation
- Support Head of Communication with corporate and internal communications agenda
Requirements:
- High Education in Marketing or Advertising&PR
- Erudition and knowledge of best practices on the market
- Responsibility and leadership skills
- Work experience in the international companies/dark market will be an advantage
