Capabilities required to succeed in this job:
Strategic consulting to clients (both local and international) on corporate, brand and crisis communications;
Development, implementation and efficiency evaluation of PR strategies;
PR & social media management in cross-functional campaigns in collaboration with PR, Policy, Marketing and Sales departments;
Long- and short-term project planning, roles and tasks distribution between team members, coordination of work between agency departments to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of clients’ projects;
Managing and developing relationships with key client contacts (regular meetings, consultations etc.);
Customer service quality control: meeting deadlines, control of offers and products provided to clients, control of project management standards at all stages etc.;
Financial relationships management on the client’s projects, including budget calculations, financial documentation, administrative support of the projects;
Tracking changes in the market, competitive analysis, development of proposals for improving service and technological solutions for meeting client’s business needs;
Acting as a mentor for the team, maintaining positive and comfortable atmosphere within the team.
Background (education, work experience):
Higher Education;
Experience in a similar role for 2+ years;
Agency work experience;
Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively;
Customer and results focus;
Ability to work in a team and with the team;
Leadership skills (the ability to stand one’s ground and take into account the position of the other side, the ability to work in crisis situations);
Effective planning and project management skills;
Extensive track record of cross-functional projects;
Knowledge of communication tools and channels — both traditional and digital;
Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken).
