Honor is looking for a PR & Communications Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- As a PR & Communications Manager you will work in HONOR brand Marketing Department. Your responsibilities will be:
- Analyze the brand media presence and all the key competitors;
- Monitor trends, cases and activities of the main competitors on behalf of media & social media (YouTube) presence;
- Develop media loyalty with key representatives of tier-1 media: TV, radio, general interest, business, IT and other media;
- Build strong and long-term relationships with the journalists and bloggers;
- Pitching interviews, comments, columns, reviews and other publications with tier-1 media & IT bloggers;
- Proactively generate real-time PR topics, including ideas creation, and copywriting, and pitch to media;
- Regularly perform media & KOLs mapping and lead the loyalty programs;
- Create newsbreaks and pitch to the media from the scratch;
- Support all product launches by top level media publications;
- Create PR strategies & tactic plans dedicated to the products / technologies and execute them, including non-standard PR projects;
- Manage events such as press conferences, exhibitions, press tours, product launches, etc.;
- Correct and copywrite/rewrite press releases, articles and other publications dedicated to the brand / company;
- Coordinate agency team and day-to-day work with the agency, control agency’s results and achievements;
- Control reports: statuses on behalf of product launches or any other reports, like monthly, quarterly, etc.;
- Document flow: acceptance, campaign management.
Professional attribute:
- A bachelor’s degree or above (PR or journalist preferably);
- At least over 6 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in IT & e-commerce companies with relevant experience;
- Strong relations with tier-1 journalists: TV, radio, general interest, business, lifestyle, IT media & bloggers (required – minimum top-10 from each category);
- Extensive experience in media relations and a strong network of high-level media contacts (required);
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Russian and English;
- Strong command of the English language (Advanced or above);
- Creative and non-standard approach with critical thinking abilities;
- Detailed project management skills;
- Self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technology;
- Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under timelines, adapting quickly to change;
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and formulate effective communications strategies that support the audience needs and business goals;
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must).
