Xiaomi invites POCO Brand manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Manage brand in accordance with brand KPIs
Organize brand activities by market needs and consumer insights
Analyze market & external environment to identify risks and opportunities
Launch new products: demand from Global team, organize pre-launch processes, lead cross-department work on launch preparation
Bring ideas for launch events and lead the execution
Drive cross-department work, cooperate with sales in order to maximize results on launches and events
Manage online presence via social media, fan community
Requirements:
Good marketing knowledge — digital and influencer marketing is essential;
Good project management;
Good analytical skills, great self-organization;
Attention to the details, empathy and flexibility;
Leadership, ownership, team player, love for gadgets and technology.
