Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and overseeing transformational projects to ensure they are completed on time within the budget and within the scope
- Oversee all aspects of the project - providing integrated program steering (incl. detailed planning of the program timeline, revisiting and challenging milestones, tracking and reporting), facilitating development and integration of tools and guidelines, keeping the momentum (“drumbeat”)
- Preparing weekly Program Reviews, identifying and “red flagging” overlaps, dependencies and risks
- Preparing Steering Committee and senior management meetings analyses and presentations
- Acting as integrator to ensure cross-stream transparency and dependencies management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strategy / management consulting experience - 7 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking to provide solutions and scenarios for complex problems
- Practical experience in transformation projects across different functions
- Presentation development and business problems communication skills
- Process mapping skills
- Structured storytelling skills, fact-based argumentation
