Wargaming is currently looking for a Player Interaction Manager.
What you are going to do:
Direct work with community and content managers, which includes, but is not limited to informing and consulting them on game development affairs and creating the documentation your colleagues can rely on.
Direct engagement with players on hardcore topics to represent the development team.
Constant interaction with the development team.
Management of the external influencers program: bloggers, streamers and others.
Informational support of game releases.
Analyzing core community trends and concerns.
What is important for Wargaming:
Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken is crucial.
Several years of active PC gaming (PvP).
Excellent people skills.
Welcomed:
Deep knowledge of World of Warships (and relevant number of battles) – we can help you to get in the game, but it will require a lot of extra time. That means the applicants with good game experience will have higher priority.
Game industry and/or community management experience.
