Датская компания-производитель насосного оборудования Grundfos приглашает Plant HR Manager-а.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual HR processes (People Review, EMS, Performance management/PDD, Succession management and Talent management)
- Support organizational changes and design activities
- Preparation of different workshops, training activities and presentations
- Drive execution and roll out GPS activities (People roadmap)
- Support the implementation of new global initiatives
- Escalate the business needs/issues to regional HR BP
- Partnering with the leaders on a broad range of HR initiatives
- Spar with leaders, provide guidance and support on all HR issues
- Conduct local rewarding and other relevant activities (charity, activities for kids, etc.)
- Reporting and budget preparation
- Take an active ownership of the continuous implementation of the OneHR delivery model
- Develop employer branding initiatives and materials
- Strengthen and develop culture, and build engagement and positive employee relations strategies
- Evaluate the current compensation structure (local benefits, salary structure) and provide recommendations to improve market competitiveness
- Close collaboration with the other HR colleagues on country related questions and issues
- Manage HR administrative and payroll processes
- Supporting the implementation of global HR systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and focusing on improvement of tools and processes in order to increase the overall efficiency of the HR function
Requirements:
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience in HR (ideally as HR manager/HR BP in international production company)
- Fluent English
- Experience with design of HR processes and polices
- Good knowledge of Russian Labor Law
- Experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge and experience in following HR blocks: C&B, LR, Performance Management/ Performance Appraisal, Budgeting, People Review, etc.
- Ability to find a balance between local and global approaches and policies
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience in change management is highly-preferred
