Kimberly-Clark is searching for a Planning Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity within the Consumer Sales and Operations Planning team providing leadership, support and direction to the Tactical and Mill planning teams for countries in EMEA business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Operate successfully in a fast moving operational environment
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the Tactical and Mill planning teams plus the wider S&OP function
- Be a champion of continuous improvement and lean to drive process improvements
- Have a results focussed mind-set to deliver supply chain goals and targets
Requirements:
- University degree
- Production planning experience from 5 years
- Managerial experience
- Strong leadership / coaching / mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven track record of building successful cross-functional relationships
- Prior experience in the forecast to stock process is highly desirable
- English language – fluent, Russian – fluent
- Experience in Lean concepts and implementation desirable
