В танкерную судоходную компанию требуется Personal assistant.

 

Company Overview:
Employer is a well-established tanker shipping company based in Dubai, and is currently seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join team. As a leader in the industry, company prides ourselves on commitment to excellence and innovation in the world of maritime transportation.

 

Job Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Telephone Management:

  • Monitor and manage telephone calls in alignment with Senior Management preferences
  • Take necessary actions personally or delegate to appropriate team members

Reference Point for Senior Management:

  • Act as a central point of contact and reference for Senior Management
  • Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency

Travel Coordination:

  • Book travel arrangements, plan itineraries, and manage logistics
  • Handle visas, foreign currency, and other travel-related requirements

Organizational Support:

  • Undertake filing tasks, both electronic and paper
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations

Meeting Support:

  • Take minutes during meetings as directed
  • Issue appropriate updates and ensure all action items are carried through

Communication and Discretion:

  • Convey the CEO’s preferred style and known wishes in all matters
  • Exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

Travel Readiness:

  • Be prepared to travel as required

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Russian is required
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Dubai is advantageous

 

Conditions:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
