The company is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant, specializing in C-Level Personal Support and Lifestyle Management. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide support and service to the executive leadership team.
Tasks:
- Organizing personal trips, including visa support, logistics arrangement, ticket purchasing, hotel booking, transfers, itinerary planning, and coordination of guides and restaurants
- Managing restaurant reservations, personal event organization, gift ordering and delivery, and other personal tasks for the entire family
- Calendar management to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments and activities
- Preparation of documents for submission to various authorities on various issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Meticulously manage documents for the executive and their family, ensuring timely submission for visas, residency permits, and other essential paperwork
- Conduct thorough searches for household staff as per the family's requirements
- Provide round-the-clock support to address any concerns or inquiries, offering peace of mind to our executives
Requirements:
- Demonstrating proficiency in managing personal affairs and travel arrangements
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Russian, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly find and consolidate relevant information
- Highly developed empathy and communication skills to effectively meet the needs of a diverse clientele
- Creative approach to problem-solving, particularly in handling non-standard tasks
