What you will do:

  • Provides the necessary administrative support to the Director General (ex. managing the General Director’s meeting calendar, arranging business trips, paying bills, checking e-mail, maintaining correspondence in Russian and English (providing high-quality translation)
  • Prepares business presentations, collects required data from different departments
  • Provides necessary business support to the General Director. Bringing to subordinates information about the orders of the company's management
  • Carries out internal communication within the business processes of the organization, including announcements and notifications. Prepares draft letters on behalf of the General Director, with particular attention to confidentiality and quality issues. Develops and implements texts of orders, policies
  • Controls and keeps records of the documents
  • Performs work on the management of individual projects
  • Participates in business meetings, keeps the necessary records and draws up minutes of meetings
  • Develops a program of visits for partners: foreign partners, clients. Provides visa support
  • Provides support to colleagues from the headquarters
  • Knows and complies with the legislative and regulatory documents
  • Performs other separate instructions of the General Director
  • Carries out the review and approval of documents corresponding to her duties
  • Participates in the coordination of control and audit activities in the area of her/his responsibility
  • Works on digital government platforms (entering confidential information into reports, interacting with various departments in public services) and other electronic resources
  • Controls the correctness of the workflow procedures in the supervised departments

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Higher education (ideally linguistics and economics/business education)
  • Work experience as an assistant to the General Director/CEO for at least 5 years in an international company is highly appreciated
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good level of PC proficiency (MS Office)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written, experience in translation activities in writing and in public
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
