Space 1 project by the O1 Properties is enterprise-level serviced offices for medium and large businesses. Company is glad to meet applicants with experience in the administrative services to help launch new Space 1 offices in Dubai.
Main goals:
- At the beginning of the company's operation – mainly personal matters and administrative support of company’s COO and his family, and basic corporate administrative support. As the business develops, more corporate-related operational tasks are expected
- Manage personal matters as requested
- Assist in conducting operational goals of the company (office- and business- related)
- Manage phone calls, emails and messages
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Manage and coordinate events and business presentations
- Support internal and external communications
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs

- Higher education
- Successful experience in a similar role of 3+ years
- Fluent Conversational and written English (C1-C2)
- Highly-reliable and organized, never misses important details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of work quality, multitasking
- Being ready to relocate to Dubai
