Global healthcare company Sandoz Russia is currently looking for an Assistant to Country CFO.
As part of the team this role is critical in providing the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context to CFO.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Full administrative support to Country CFO in all aspects
- Coordination and networking with other Sandoz sectors, regionally and globally
- Support optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Handling of minutes for Management meetings
- Work in the Systems, Documentation
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience in similar position in international company (>2 years)
- English, fluent written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resilience, multitasking
- Project Management skills are desired
