Оne of the world FMCG-leaders Mars is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Pet Nutrition business segment.
You will do
Manage performance campaigns for every Key Ecommerce Partner (Ozon, Yandex, SberMarket, Petshop.ru and etc.) using their own on-site advertising tools (different for every partner)
Conduct extensive keyword research, funnel and CJM analysis
Analyze KPIs per client on an ongoing basis to ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and aggregate the data in a single dashboard
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on campaigns – presenting reports & media performance inside the organization
Prepare and present search campaigns results on global level to ensure close collaboration with other market on this topic
Responsible for campaign budgets and ROMI tracking
Establish and then execute search strategy for ecommerce channel in co-creation with Digital Marketing team
We are expecting
Higher education
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics
Paid search, display, social media, video, and mobile advertising, social listening, and analytics tools experience
Experience of launching campaigns manually using in Google AdWords, Yandex Direct or other in digital agency, online-retail or client
Strong project management skills
High analytics skills
English – Upper-Intermediate+ level
