Puma is looking for a Performance marketing manager (SEO).
Your mission:
- Develop digital marketing for eCommerce with a focus on efficient NetSales growth
- Challenge given setup, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of organic channel to bring it to the next level
- Brainstorm further SEO initiatives, evaluate current site landscape, and develop proposals for site changes/enhancements in both the front and backend (managing UX / QA for those processes)
- Establish a process landscape which allows to efficiently set and track consumer demographics, segmentations and buying behavior to drive targeted campaigns
- Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams as well as vendors in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, and also contribute to further develop partnerships with external parties
- Being responsible for external agencies achievements
- Managing the annual online marketing budget including analysis of performance metrics within Russia&Ukraine and keeping high rate of returns on marketing investments

- Relevent experience 3+
- Strong leadership skills, oriented on results
- KPI's driven
- High level of Excel, Power Point, Google Analyticts
- English Upper-intermediate
