В FinTech-компанию PLATA требуется People Partner.

 

PLATA is a digital financial services and technology company that aims to become the primary financial relationship of Mexican consumers and to reward their financial life through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security.
Currently company is looking for a talented People Partner to join team. Company has a great team, ambitious tasks and a driving atmosphere and is waiting for a person who loves HR with all heart, who is ready to build friendly and productive relationships with business and employees, believes in a product approach, can find non-standard solutions and wholeheartedly wants to develop in cool ecosystem!

 

Job responsibilities:

  • HR support for employees
  • Newcomers onboarding and adaptation
  • Relocation support for people who are ready for moving
  • Active communication with immigration and payroll providers (task setting, data update, etc.)
  • Communication with employees, 1-1 meetings, resolving incoming issues
  • Preparation of internal instructions, informational pages for employees (internal communication)
  • HR projects participation (Health Insurance project, Office documents workflow)
  • Participation in employees review process
  • Participation and organization of other HR activities
  • Internal reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as HR manager or People Partner role from 2 years
  • Onboarding and employee adaptation experience
  • Confident written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Start-up mind set
  • Hands-on approach
  • Friendliness, openness and positive attitude. You have to be the person people want to go to for help and questions
