Novartis is looking for a People & Organization Business Partner.
Your responsibilities include but not limited:
Contributing to the development of a country / regional P&O agenda, and aligned with the global P&O strategy
Implementation and adaptation regional P&O plan in country organization
Providing counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services
Managing the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment / Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement)
Managing the development of manpower plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Providing change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts
Manage personnel cost planning, monitoring periodic cost and productivity analyses
Managing the budget / resource allocation for the area of responsibility
Managing the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports
Managing various P&O Projects
Minimum requirements:
Fluent Russian&English
Solid understanding of P&O
Excellent cross functional skills
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR)
