Japan Tobacco International is looking for a People/Office Operations Manager.
What You Will Do:
Office:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration & operation (cleaning, mail, courier, meal, catering, stationary, visit cards support)
- Manage events (corporate and functional)
- Ensure proper office facilities (plan, organize office layout, arrange necessary repairs & renovations, office maintenance, maintain and replenish inventory)
- Follow the modern trends in office management, reveal employees’ new demands, propose and implement advanced solutions pro-actively
Travel:
- Manage assigned travel agency and all corporate travel-related activities (procedures, payments, flights, hotels, advance reports etc)
Well-being:
- Further design and lead the implementation of health and wellbeing strategy
- Manage Admin and EHS budgets and reporting (incl global activities and business trips risk assessments)
- Manage the initiatives for market in terms of pandemic situation. Ensure employees’ safety in line with JTI global EHS guidelines and local regulation (COVID-19 management)
Company expects from you:
- University degree
- At least 5 years experience as administration manager
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, to prioritize and focus, willing to do extra mile
- High level of standards
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
