В Johnson & Johnson ищут People Experience Operations Partner (HR Administration).
Responsibilities:
- Leading the corporate model for the provision of workforce data administration, standards of administration labor documents and archives.
- Support of all personnel administration processes (drawing up labor documents on hiring, termination, job changes, etc., time & attendance, including, but not limited to: personnel local regulatory acts and policies, preparation and submission of statutory mandatory reporting to the relevant state authorities) in accordance with current legislation.
- Support and update of corporate HRMS and HR related databases. Ensuring efficiency and improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Support in preparation of company reporting, including data for Payroll provider, and personnel management reporting.
- Support of business processes and queries on compliance with regulatory requirements of labor legislation and personnel policy, including communication with employees, legal and migration support.
- Support for the administration of rewards, compensation and benefits.
- Support for the administration of processes of military records maintenance.
- Collaboration and participation in the negotiations with vendors of personnel, military registration, migration and other services.
- Development of partnerships with key local and regional business stakeholders.
- Effective management of team of direct reports and matrix subordinates.
- Leading and coordinating processes and teams involved in the implementation of projects (local and regional).
- Interaction with state authorities, labor inspections, if necessary.
- Responsibility for the quality of prepared and/or reviewed labor documents, quality and efficiency of document flow in assigned areas; the relevance and completeness of the documents of the Company's employees.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in law or personnel management). Additional professional education (HR management, HR administration) will be an advantage.
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years with a full cycle of workforce data management in companies with more than 300 employees. 2 years’ experience of managing a team.
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation, standards of HR records and paperwork and archiving in organizations.
- Experience in HRMS: 1C:ZUP, Workday or others. Experience with employees and management requests managing in a ticket (case management) systems.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, successful negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in project leadership or project team management. Experience in successful projects implementation.
- Excellent personal leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to solve new non-standard tasks, ability to assess and communicate risks, lead changes.
- Skills in working with information legal databases (Garant, Consultant+, etc.).
- Focus on a systematic approach and on achieving compliance with all existing requirements (legislative, corporate).
- Desire to develop professional skills.
- Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level.
- Confident user of MS Office applications for Windows operating systems.
