Duties:
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies for the Company. Ensures guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to middle management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Consults with internal clients, providing HR support when appropriate
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in related HR areas (at the role of HR BP or HR Generalist)
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Strong proficiency in systems management such as Performance management, Pymetrics, SAP
- Self-confidence, proactive problem solving, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, highly collaborative style with demonstrated ability to work in teams as both a lead and supporting team member
