Takeda is looking for a People Advisory Manager.
The role partners with area/ local embedded HR teams to create and socialize country specific employee policies and handbooks in line with global and regional guides and ensures these policies are accessible by employees and managers. Role also provides guidance to embedded HR teams in the implementation of these policies.
The key areas of responsibility cover:
- Employee and labor relations
- Policy development/alignment
- Employee Experience including diversity & inclusion

- Demonstrates an ability to deal with ambiguity, balance risks and provide credible advice
- Strong collaboration skills along all relevant stakeholders in HR and the business
- Proven track record in implementing initiatives to drive exceptional employee experience
- Ability to influence cross multiple stakeholder groups and coach leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years experience in Employee Relations
- Some broad HR generalist experience
- Sound understanding of employment regulations and Russian labor law
- Human Resources experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- English - Fluent
