Tik Tok looking for Payroll Analyst.
Responsibilities
1. Managing and improving payroll operations of Russia.
2. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
3. Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc.
4. Managing legal and compliance audits in Russia, such as income taxes, statutory social securities.
5. Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to upgrade employee experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 2-3 years inhouse payroll operation experience.
3. Strong payroll and tax knowledge of Russia.
4. Strong vendor management and project management skills.
5. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
6. Excellent English skill in verbal and written.
