Job Overview:

In this role, you will take on full responsibility for leading executive-level searches, managing client relationships, and driving business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients in key industries, particularly in finance, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG sectors. Leverage your network and market knowledge to win high-value search mandates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior executives, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. Serve as the client’s primary point of contact throughout the search process.
- Search Leadership: Lead and manage full-cycle Executive Search engagements, from defining the search strategy to successfully placing top-tier talent. Collaborate with research teams to identify, assess, and attract the best candidates.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Support and guide research teams and junior consultants. Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure high standards in project execution.
- Industry Expertise & Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends in key sectors, especially in areas where the firm is expanding (finance, pharma, FMCG). Provide strategic insights to clients, positioning the firm as a market leader.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in related fields such as Management Consulting, Private Banking, B2B Services, or other relevant industries.
- Prior experience in Executive Search is a strong plus, but not required.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of key industries, with the ability to speak the language of senior leaders and engage meaningfully with clients.
- Business Development Skills: Strong business acumen with the ability to build and execute a client acquisition strategy. A solid network of high-level contacts in relevant industries is essential.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and lead negotiations with clients and candidates alike.
- Autonomy & Initiative: A self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment. Comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent English.
