Google is looking for a Partner Manager (Large Customer Sales).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
- Ability to speak and write in Russian fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with varying priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
- Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
- Outstanding project or program management skills as it relates to leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish and attend regular calls with partners to identify and implement strategic directions
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales and gTech teams, etc.) to identify high priority areas and find potential partners
- Lead training arrangement for service priority partners
- Deliver large-scale events to a wider ecosystem
- Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the partner experience and internal efficiency
