Google is looking for a Partner Manager (Large Customer Sales).

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Ability to speak and write in Russian fluently


Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with varying priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
  • Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
  • Outstanding project or program management skills as it relates to leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and attend regular calls with partners to identify and implement strategic directions
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales and gTech teams, etc.) to identify high priority areas and find potential partners
  • Lead training arrangement for service priority partners
  • Deliver large-scale events to a wider ecosystem
  • Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the partner experience and internal efficiency
