Partner Learning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Kaspersky learning strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- To support delivering Kaspersky learning products for internal, external employees and customers utilizing a variety of performance-based learning strategies and tools;
- To create, design, customize and conduct various trainings, workshops to Kaspersky partner facing roles, as well as external partners and distributors;
- Create presentations, e-learning, webinars, videos, pitch practice, and more as per request;
- Continuously identify unmet customer/business partner educational needs and satisfy education requirements accordingly;
- Maintain our partner communications and training content on the Partner Portal and SuccessFactors;
- Help the team assess training needs based on actual knowledge and feedback from field and partner channel, suggest ways how training can help meet sales objectives;
- Evaluate and update to improve programs based on outcomes and feedback from partners and local team;
Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in educational industry;
- 5+ years of experience in a learning & development/training role;
- 3+ years of training facilitation experience;
- Proven track record of managing complex global partner/sales enablement programs from start to finish;
- Combination of sales, partner, and customer success acumen with an understanding of the nuances across these audiences;
- Certifications on different sales or/and soft skills methodologies;
- Self-developed portfolio of ready-to-go learning courses;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills;
- Fluent English;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Knowledge of education development fundamentals and adult learning methodologies;
- Excel & Power Point Excellence.
