Nike is looking for a Nike Partner Executive to join the account team responsible for Sportmaster Russia strategic account.

 

This role is designed to maximize our potential with Sportmaster in providing Key Sport consumers with the best level of service, through Sportmaster O2O business, focusing on Performance product. Lead business with account to supply to net revenue growth, execute Consumer Code with account and be an effective standout colleague & positive influence!

 

What you will work on?

A Typical Day/ Week/ Season Would Look Like
Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling O2O. Ensure the best presentation of stories and products (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Work with buyers and Nike MPU planning team to ensure market and customer capacities are met.
Lead planning and execution for replenishment business (Always Available) for the assigned Gender/Category.
Deliver net revenue growth and partner net contribution improvement by leading the end to end business
Contribute to partner plan development, executing CDA strategy
Drive alignment across Nike Consumer Code with key partners
Create seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, historical data, partner/consumer’s feedback, and key market trends.
Ensure seasonal product flow and optimize in-season sales and replenishment
Lead and develop assigned gender/categories in line with Nike and partner strategies, achieving sales goals

 

Who will you work with?

The partner executive will have daily interaction with the Account and Operations teams. Seasonally / Monthly will be required to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Brand teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. And will report directly into the Strategic Account Director.

 

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in sales account management
Proven track record to read and analyze relevant sales important metrics
Ability to drive business development / strategic projects
Demonstrably strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas optimally
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Experience with Excel is mandatory, tableau is a plus
Native Russian, Fluent English language is a must
Passion for the new digital trends’, product, retail & financial planning
Flexibility to travel.
