Minimum Qualifications
Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, digital operations or professional consulting.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with working in the digital advertising industry.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
Ability to enable close working relationships with key leaders at companies.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
Willingness to speak the industry’s language and understand the business and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
Solve business challenges for Google’s clients serving as a technical consultant, leader and visionary, seen both internally and externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner. Become the Trusted Advisor of customer(s) and internal stakeholders.
Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical roadmap to accomplish joint business plans.
Oversee complex global, multi-product projects and support multi-product solutions for Google strategic advertisers, as well as oversee scaling of custom client solutions.
Lead through informal authority gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology.
Speak the client’s language being the front line of gTech.
