Поставщик аппаратного и программного обеспечения для организаций и индивидуальных потребителей — компания HP, открывает вакансию Partner Business Manager.

 

You will be responsible for the Partner Support business for Commercial Channel and your main responsibilities will include:

Understand main regional needs, represent HP in the regions
Engage with partners to understand regional delivery requirements
Serve as the expert to the partner for extremely complex information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations
Promote HP offerings to become a key part of the partner’s business and solutions; May be brought by partner to sell HP brand to end-customers.
Establish and maintains business plans to promote sales growth
Achieve assigned quota for HP partners
Create, fill-in and manage HP funnel for deals with partners and transform potential leads into joint sales activities
Actively engage HP resources to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long-term business opportunities for HP
Educate and train partners and partner account managers on selling HP product portfolio
Align growth plan with partners and follow
Focus on Selection of partners, trainings, workshops, certification of partners
Focus on support partners to close the deal if necessary, visit the customers

 

Education and experience required:

Typically + 7 years of selling experience at channel business
Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
University or Bachelor’s degree

 

Knowledge and skills:

Good understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel
Good understanding of HP’s products, software, and services. Able to communicate the strengths of HP’s offerings relative to competition, and overcome objections.
Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships with partner decision makers; aligning partner and HP processes; and promoting HP programs and offerings.
Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and HP’s share.
Ability to motivate partner’s sales force.
Collaborative team player.
Strong negotiations skills on both strategic, tactic and operational level
A creative mindset to develop new activities into the regional landscape.
