  • Company is in search of an individual contributor based in Moscow, to effectively manage and support partners across Russia and the CIS region (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova and Georgia)
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-program alliances within the assigned territory and, though not mandatory, experience in Biosurgery would be advantageous
  • Moreover, company requires someone with expertise in market assessments and pharmaceutical marketing
  • As a highly cross-functional role, effective communication and collaboration skills are paramount as you will be working closely with Corza's teams, alliance partners, and respective leadership

 

What you will do:

  • Spearhead business development initiatives across assigned countries in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova, Georgia
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive business growth plan for the designated territories
  • Cultivate and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure successful partnerships
  • Identify and establish new partnerships to effectively achieve partnership objectives
  • Play a crucial role in supporting the Geo Expansion Plan by conducting market assessments and devising a robust Go-to-Market strategy
  • Create a unified operational framework and establish performance measurement metrics for efficient operations
  • Take the lead in fostering mutual understanding, respect, trust, and open communication between partners
  • Ensure the seamless and timely flow of information, meeting materials, and outcomes
  • Acquire in-depth insights into partner organisations, decision-making processes, and interests
  • Proactively engage partners to address issues, handle unexpected events, and resolve conflicts at the earliest stages
  • Act as a representative for the assigned territories in S&OP meetings

 

What you will need:

  • Possess over 8 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical industry and/or medical device industry, specialising in various business functions such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnerships with a strong background in negotiations and alliance management
  • Preferably, holds experience in pharmaceutical/medical device marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing alliances
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams through complex and ambiguous situations
  • Familiarity with the Hospital and Biosurgery environment is advantageous
  • Considerable knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape in Russia and CIS countries is a valuable asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and effectively navigating organisational structures and interacting with individuals at all levels
  • A self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving within a lean structure
