We are actively recruiting for Palace Manager to join a UHNW family in Qatar. The right candidate must be willing to learn and understand the principal’s needs and adjust satisfy his requirements. Must understand the Arabic culture and being able to step into the role easily, managing their own time and duties from the get-go, for this reason we are looking for someone motivated and with a flexible attitude. The right candidate will be responsible for the everyday operation of the Palace, including the financial aspects and the day to day management of the staff. Male candidates only due to family preferences.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of staff including butlers/housekeepers/drivers/senior staff members etc
- Working alongside family PA’s
- Use successful structure and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the households.
- Dealing with all finances and back office dealings to do with the property
- Liaising with the project managers
- Managing all operations, working with relevant team members daily
- Sourcing, managing and dealing with contractors
- Providing staff training
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Hotel or private household background
- Great communication skills
- Must have strong financial understanding
- Flexibility is a must
- Multi skilled & dynamic
- Looking for long term position
- Non-Arabic speakers only
Salary: 25000/30000 Qatari Rials - DOE Negotiable
Start Date: as soon as possible
Visa and medical insurance provided.
