Exness provides services for trading the financial markets.

 

Your role at Exness:

  • Driving performance for Paid Social, leveraging deep expertise across a variety of paid social channels (Twitter, TikTok, Reddit and other social media), while collaborating closely with creative designers and content writers
  • Managing a team of highly skilled Paid Social Specialists to ensure Paid Social campaigns are planned & executed to drive business results across multiple product lines
  • Identifying new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance
  • Reporting on performance and ongoing optimisation to the Head of Media Buying
  • Providing proactive strategy and guidance to your team leveraging your expertise in the paid social industry
  • Ensuring that all reports are aligned with company goals, vision, culture and core values
  • Work with data analysts to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data management platforms to gain deeper insight into impact of Paid Search operations

 

The ideal candidate:

  • 4-5 years of direct response campaign execution experience in social platforms, knowledge of brand campaigns a plus (FB, Twitter)
  • Ability to comfortably manage large-scale campaigns and deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Outstanding analytical skills, with ability to interpret test results & draw conclusions
  • Experience on optimising towards in-depth metrics like ROI
  • Experience using data visualisation software like Data Studio or Tableau to create bespoke and automated performance reports
  • A deep understanding of paid advertising strategies and tactics, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends
