Japan Tobacco International is looking for P&C Agile partner who is ready to learn, test new ideas, become Agile change agent in the organization and have fun with the team.
About role:
- The P&C Agile Partner explores, designs and implements P&C products to bring value to the business and final customer.
Responsibility:
- Explore and identify organizational pains which could be closed with P&C products;
- Research worldwide HR practices and adjusts them towards our reality;
- Design, develop and implement best in class practices through working on agile projects across all areas of HR;
- Projects in the scope are defined based on HR strategic focuses and business priorities covering Talent / L&D, Rewards, Business Partnering etc.;
- Contribute to agility capability building agile mindset through acting as a change agent & setting an example;
- Assume role of Scrum Master or Product Owner to facilitate delivery of specific projects and effective operation of the team through agile methodologies;
- Share knowledge with other P&C Agile Partners to ensure development of people within the team.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Learning agility, curiosity, hunger to explore new practices;
- Experience in leading complex projects and facilitating stakeholders;
- Ready for delivering and taking on constructive feedback;
- Ability to welcome and manage changes;
- Team player who appreciates diversity of minds;
- People & Culture expertise is a plus;
- English: Upper Intermediate or above is a must.
