Japan Tobacco International is looking for a P&C Agile Partner. The P&C Agile Partner is accountable for design and delivery of complex projects / tasks in the area of P&C expertise (e.g. Talent / L&D, Rewards, Business Partnering etc.) coming from stakeholders while working in an agile mode and applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking).
Job responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and implements best in class practices through working on agile projects across all areas of People & Culture
- Projects in the scope are defined based on People & Culture Strategic focuses and Business priorities covering Talent / L&D, Rewards, Business Partnering etc.
- Contributes to agility capability building in P&C department & fosters agile mindset through acting as a change agent & setting an example
- Assumes role of Scrum Master or Product Owner to facilitate delivery of specific projects and effective operation of the team through agile methodologies
- Shares knowledge with other P&C Agile Partners to ensure development of people within the team
Major requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial capacity
- Cross functional experience is considered as an advantage
- Agile mindset and continuous learning attitude
- Change management practitioner
- Process or project management experience
- Stakeholders engagement experience
- Big picture in mind, ability to assess risks and impact
- Structured and good analytical skills
- Interest in People & Culture
- English: Upper Intermediate or above is a must
