Job responsibilities:
- Sets up the work, ensures effective interaction of all the departments, production units. Leads their work towards the improvement of quality, increase of labour productivity, increase of profits, quality and competitiveness of products
- Business units under management: Toon Armeni, Cafe #2, Nerkev, Thomas House, Dilijan City Park, Tourist Information Center, Verev park, The Rock, UWC School Canteen
- Sets up economic, production activities based on the standards of material, financial, labour costs. Efficiently uses all types of resources
- Forms the right balance of economic, administrative management methods in addressing issues of improving work efficiency, stimulating the material interest and responsibility of the employees
- Ensures staffing within the overall sufficiency of the staff
- Exercises control over the timely payment of salaries to the employees of the units
- Develops a report on profit and losses, builds a strategy for the operation of the units based on the data received
- Ensures the safety of documents, including the electronic ones
- Initiates projects related to the changes of the assigned territory
- Participates in the development of creative concepts for the new facilities, forms a functional task for construction and design
- Ensures compliance with occupational safety standards within the framework of the RA legislation and internal regulations
- Controls the safe performance of work by subordinate personnel during the shift, their compliance with occupational safety requirements, directly manages work of increased danger
Required qualifications:
- Management experience in HoReCa for more than 3 years
- Ability to organize the work of employees in accordance with the standards of service
- Working with PnL
- Attention to details, responsibility
- Knowledge of English languages
