- Sampa is a unique company for several reasons. Production area covers 150,000 square meters and includes 13 factories with integrated R&D facilities that design, manufacture, and produce all materials and parts components
- Sampa's workforce is comprised of 4500+ staff, including over 220+ designers and test engineers. They design, develop, and manufacture products for warehouses around the world
- Company is seeking for a team member to work alongside the Managing Director of GPN Russia, who will provide support for cost control and financial reporting, as well as oversee inventory management and warehouse operations tracking. Also, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, analyzing sales performances, and ensuring efficient and smooth processes within organization
Job Description:
- Supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, enhance cross-functional communication, and achieve overall company goals
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance KPIs, challenges, and recommended solutions
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness
Ideal Candidate/Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Industrial Engineer)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing process improvements
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools to monitor and analyze operational data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Russian and English. Knowledge of Turkish is a plus
