А global pharmaceutical leader and the world’s largest generic medicines producer Teva Pharmaceutical is currently recruiting an Operations Project Manager for Russia and Eurasia.
Primary Job Function
Leading Strategic projects (Serialization, Localization, EAEU transfer) that are purposed to prepare Teva Russia organization to major, transformational regulation changes, provide with new commercial opportunities in RU-Eurasia countries and take the organization to a leading position on the market by delivering on mid- and long terms strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Leads Strategic projects from beginning to the end, working cross-functionally with foreign/local Teva sites, CMOs, internal and external business partners
Develops of project plan, implement all project steps and workflows, manage time, budget, resources, perform cost tracking analysis
Runs constant review over projects risk and define & implement mitigation actions of identified risks
Leads testing of technical conditions at production sites, 3PL, and internal organization
Develop regular reports and present to business partners, sites, HQ and peers on progress and next activities, escalate issues and evaluate needed support
Continually track regulations, trends, news and expand comprehensive knowledge on all aspects related with Serialization, Localization and EAEU
Promote the company/Gx Industry friendly requirements/conditions through active attending/leading meetings/workshops/legislation development etc at State Authorities and Industry Associations in order to reflect those conditions in regulations with respect to Serialization, Localization and EAEU
Skills & behavior
University degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience on leadership positions in Pharmaceutical industry
Experience in leading Serialization and Localization projects having solid achievement records
Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
Problem-solving capabilities, Self-starter and pro-active
Quality and detail-oriented
Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong in communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge and Interest in continuing to learn and identify new technologies and new tools
Able to lead investigations, Critical Thinking skills
Advanced MS Project & Excel skills a big plus
Fluent in written and spoken English.
