Operation Manager:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the visa application center staff
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to streamline the visa application process, reduce waiting times, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits of application processing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines
- Ensuring that all visa applications are processed accurately and in accordance with mission guidelines and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to visa applicants, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the application process.
- Overseeing the maintenance of accurate records and documentation related to visa applications, including applicant information, supporting documents, and communication logs
- Ensuring that the visa application center operates in compliance with all security protocols and regulations, including data protection laws and procedures for handling sensitive information
- Liaising with relevant government authorities, diplomatic missions, and other stakeholders to coordinate visa processing activities and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Providing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of visa application procedures, customer service best practices, and relevant regulations
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Hotel Management
- Proven experience in visa processing, immigration services, or consular affairs in a managerial or supervisory role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and resources in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and protocols is an asset
