В стартап-приложение дополненной реальности Wanna ищут Operations Director.
Wanna builds engaging and interactive fashion experiences to serve the next generation of fashion e-commerce. With signature shoes and watches Virtual Try-Ons, they work for great customers like Gucci, IWC, FARFETCH, Diesel, Inditex, GOAT and many more. Products employ proprietary state-of-the-art computer vision, deep learning, and physically-based rendering technologies.
Company is looking for an experienced project/operation manager to join growing team. In this role you will be responsible for a 3D content production within Wanna. You will extensively communicate with customers and partners and lead complex projects, including scaling 3D content production for different fashion items on their premises. You will manage a team of 3D Artists that create the most realistic 3D assets on the market and serve the most renowened brands and retailers in fashion.
What you'll do:
- Run 3D content creation operations, including setting and improving their operations routine
- Work closely with international customers and partners to set up and scale 3D content creation operations on their side
- Manage a distributed team of 3D Artists
- Foster partnerships with external 3D modeling agencies to back-up and expand company`s own production capacities
- Develop and improve production pipeline for new fashion items
- Communicate and work closesly with different teams in Wanna (business development, product and engineering, R&D)
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as Project / Operations Manager in an IT company
- Advanced spoken English
- Good understanding of Technical systems and lingo
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
