Online English school Novakidschool is looking for an Operations Director.
NovaKid invites an Operations Director to join team at Novakidschool.com, the online English school for kids in Europe. Customers come from more than 35 countries all over the world.
As a member of Executive team you will be in charge of one of the significant divisions of company. You will:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate business activities across a group of functions
- Monitor business metrics
- Interact with other divisions: engineering and software development team (set, monitor and verify tasks assigned), marketing department, etc.
- Support, develop and automate all function business processes
- Monitor, assess and leads the work of the Team - participate in hiring (interviews and selection), share expertise and help subordinates
- Conduct analysis of the operational activities for the implementation of assigned tasks
- Work hand-in-hand with founders/executives in order to develop and implement new plans/ideas and give feedback on how the function performs on a regular basis
You have:
- Strong process development and proven administrative experience in leading position (5 years+) in an international company - be ready to demonstrate cases
- Work experience in international environment focused on kids’ education/ e-learning/ books/ gaming/ digital/ e-commerce / edutech / large offline / mass B2C SAAS-services is a great plus
- Mature experience in managing a 100% remote team
- Fluent spoken and written English at least C1; other EU-language is a plus
- Black belt in Excel/Google sheets - love to work with figures
- Extremely details attentive
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Great analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
