For more than 8 years company "Russian Remont" has been working on the market of design and repair services - they are one of the leaders in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

This year they have expanded our business horizons and opened a branch in DUBAI! Now they are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team.

Tasks:

 

  • operational management of a fast-growing branch in Dubai;
  • build an effective regular management so that tasks and ideas are implemented quickly and with high quality;
  • daily sales analysis;
  • planning and controlling the achievement of targets, ensuring sales volume and stable profit growth;
  • setting up operational processes and improve team efficiency;
  • automation, regulation and control of the company's business processes;
  • organization of work of subdivisions and control of effective interaction of the whole team.

 

 

What they expect from the candidate:

 

  • 2 or more years of experience as an operations/executive director (experience in renovation/real estate will be an advantage);
  • Ability to build communication between departments and be a virtuoso in operational management through daily reports in numbers by department;
  • Systems thinking, you live by numbers, you see the big picture through data and metrics. You make decisions, make hypotheses, and draw conclusions based on analytics;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of sales management;
  • Ability to build strong teams, motivate and inspire employees
