This year they have expanded our business horizons and opened a branch in DUBAI! Now they are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team.

Tasks:
- operational management of a fast-growing branch in Dubai;
- build an effective regular management so that tasks and ideas are implemented quickly and with high quality;
- daily sales analysis;
- planning and controlling the achievement of targets, ensuring sales volume and stable profit growth;
- setting up operational processes and improve team efficiency;
- automation, regulation and control of the company's business processes;
- organization of work of subdivisions and control of effective interaction of the whole team.
What they expect from the candidate:
- 2 or more years of experience as an operations/executive director (experience in renovation/real estate will be an advantage);
- Ability to build communication between departments and be a virtuoso in operational management through daily reports in numbers by department;
- Systems thinking, you live by numbers, you see the big picture through data and metrics. You make decisions, make hypotheses, and draw conclusions based on analytics;
- Knowledge of the specifics of sales management;
- Ability to build strong teams, motivate and inspire employees
