REMONT.IO Group is a company provides a range of repair services for interior decoration of premises located in Moscow and the Moscow region.

For more than 8 years we have been working in the market of design and repair services - we are one of the leaders in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

This year we expanded our business horizons and opened a branch in DUBAI! We are looking for an Operations Director.

Tasks:

 

operational management of a rapidly growing branch in Dubai;

build effective regular management so that tasks and ideas are implemented quickly and efficiently;

daily sales analysis;

planning and monitoring the achievement of targets, ensuring sales volume and stable profit growth;

set up operational processes and improve team efficiency;

automation, regulation and control of the execution of the company's business processes;

organizing the work of departments and monitoring the effective interaction of the entire team with each other.

 

What they expect from a candidate:

 

  • 2+ years of experience as an Operations/Executive Director (experience in the field of repairs/real estate would be an advantage);
  • the ability to build communication between departments and masterfully conduct operational management through daily reports in figures for departments;
  • systems thinking, you live by the numbers, see the big picture through data and metrics. Make decisions, build hypotheses and draw conclusions based on analytics;
  • knowledge of the specifics of sales management;
  • ability to build strong teams, motivate and inspire employees
