What matters:
Higher education (preferably in hospitality)
Additional education: MBA or EMBA (preferably)
Reliable experience in premium / Luxury segment (4 * and 5 * HOTELS ONLY)
Knowledge of service standards in all areas of work with guests
According to personalities: client, structured, with strategic thinking and successful cases in hotel business. Experience with business owners is a huge plus.
Candidates who can’t hear the internal Customer and with a very tough position won’t come in.
What to do:
Team Management
Development and implementation of standards of business processes, internal regulatory documents
Developing additional services for guests
Organization and implementation of key business processes of working with guests
Organization of effective interaction of all structural units of the company
Providing superior service to guests by front office units
