А rare opportunity to join a lovely chalet company based in Morzine on a potential year-round, permanent contract. This is a new role of an Operations Director who will assist the owner with company strategy and company development, plus being very involved with the chalet operation through the summers and winters.
You will have a Resort Manager reporting to you, but also assist with the day to day running of the chalet programme; whilst being a bridge to the UK office.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the overall chalet operation over the summer and winters
Managing a small team, including a Resort Manager
Assisting the owner with strategy and company development
Dealing with the recruitment of chalet staff
Dealing with local suppliers and contractors
Ideal Candidate
Fluency in French (essential)
Previous chalet background
Experience in recruitment
Ability to bring fresh ideas and strategy to the company
Flexible in working approach
Committed and trustworthy personality
A passion for all things skiing and alpine summer

Salary: Depending on experience
