AliExpress Russia is seeking an Onsite Promotions Operator in Social & Channel department. The responsibility of this role is to execute promo strategy of AliExpress Russia.
Main Responsibilities:
Visually designing & organizing landing pages
Organizing pages & images using a consistent naming convention schema
Open seller registration entrances, collect product lists from category teams
Focus on high CTR & CR
Great UX/UI that solves consumer problems
Working with marketing leadership to pivot pages & product/offer structures as needed
Working with creative teams to get assets for pages where needed
Effectively communicating the brand vision and voice in all copywriting & visual design tasks and suggesting/making improvements where possible
Using split testing to optimize for opens, clicks, conversations & long-term page structure impact on a regular basis
Actively split testing pages to increase conversion rates
Release banners and other resource
Prepare and launch push notifications, direct emails, etc
Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new feature.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines
Continually seeking new challenges continued growth, and skill development on an everyday basis — we don’t want to work with someone happy with the “status quo”
Key requirements:
2+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce/online marketing
Advanced English
Ability to drive marketing campaigns independently and experienced in Project management.
EXTREMELY organized & able to optimize SOP’s & naming conventions
Extremely detail-oriented and thorough to avoid inconsistencies or errors
Being task-oriented, and able to manage your own workflow
Deep analytical abilities with data, strong learning ability and handling stress ability are needed.
Great communication skills
Basic copywriting experience is a plus
Basic graphic design skills to fix or edit images
Expertise with WordPress Elementor, Woo Commerce, Shopify & similar is a plus
Expertise in Google Analytics is a plus
