Red Bull is searching for an On Trade Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
On Premise Marketing Management
On Premise Marketing Management Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
Drive share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners and influencers.
Responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations.
Support of the Musketeers and Key Account managers to implement tools and concepts.
Be a peer to the national Red Bull Marketing Team (cross departmental collaboration).
Translate the national research results, initiatives and insight generation into new actions, activities, programmes, strategies which can be implemented in On Premise focus areas.
Continuously observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identifying potential for improving and adding new marketing activities.
Events & Festivals
Responsible for the national event and festival strategy.
Joint responsibility, together with the Musketeers, for executing marketing activities and POS activations in keeping with the international strategy at Red Bull events, festivals and 3rd party events.
Leading an Effective Team
Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practice sharing (case studies) within the national and international team.
Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organisers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.
Efficient allocation of the On Premise marketing budget according to the national business plan.
Responsible for allocation of POS tools and monitoring their correct placement.
Track, record and evaluate all results of marketing activities implemented. Develop marketing and consumer thinking within the On Premise team.

Experience Needed:
5+ years marketing in a commercial environment.
Experience in On Premise environment preferred.
People leadership/management experience preferred.
Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
Highly-developed planning, prioritization and organizational ability.
Strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data).
Excellent communication, active listening skills and the ability to negotiate.
Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
Good working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
