Boeing is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist.
Position will report directly to the Regional Leader and will be working from Moscow office. Occupational Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for company Health and Safety protocols and programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and monitors occupational health and safety programs and processes
Develops and conducts education and training to certify employees and support regulatory and business requirements
Prepares compliance reports to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements
Acts as site interface with regulatory agencies as required
Evaluates the impact of emerging issues, regulations and legislation to company operations
Evaluates workplace hazards
Develops corrective action plan to respond to internal/external audits and inspections
Plans and conducts health and safety audits
Tracks changes in EHS legislation applicable to company operations
Evaluates impact of new regulations on company operations
Reviews supplier activities for EHS compliance for site processes
Conducts regular special assessment of working conditions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in health and safety
Must have relevant education (i.e. Certificate in Health and Safety, Certificate in Adult Continuing Education)
Experience in development and delivery of training and administering assessments
Experience in training, coordinating, and influencing diverse teams regarding safety
Experience in planning, implementing and assessing occupational health and safety programs and processes to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Experience in conducting audits, inspections, investigations and coordinating resolution of issues
Knowledge of regional EHS legislative framework
English – Upper Intermediate
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in project management
Experience in health and safety in the international company
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
