Bayer is looking for NRM Manager.

 

Position purpose:

  • NRM Manager is responsible for value creation thorough NRM levers partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market insights and spreading culture of data-driven decisions across Cluster
  • Deep sales and revenue drivers expertise via profound and comprehensive analysis
  • Drive Net Revenue and profitability improvement via clear and robust NRM action plan
  • Implement Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture (PPA), Mix, Promotional and Trade Terms levers in Cluster

 

Major tasks and responsibilities:

  • Own and lead Price management in Cluster (11 countries) to ensure health and profitable business development
  • Identify pricing opportunities via analysis of Macroeconomics, Market, Consumer insights and Profitability targets
  • Organize pricing sessions to steer proposal through expertise and insights of colleagues, facilitate discussion and create integrated action plan
  • Ensure sufficient alignment across stakeholders (Business head, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market insights, Trade Marketing)
  • Implement price changes into price lists and planning process
  • Track execution and performance
  • Define price strategy for Innovations in line with value, global guides, local environment, PPA logic, profitability
  • Drive diagnostics and support initiative development across all NRM levers (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Promo and TT management)
  • Drive core NRM diagnostic analyses, generate insights, identify opportunities, build draft initiatives
  • Shape and align initiatives together with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing
  • Evaluate size of price
  • Define and enable execution of initiatives
  • Monitor value delivery
  • Build NRM capability longer term
  • Maintain and promote NRM playbooks, frameworks and NRM tools
  • Coach colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Innovations, Trade marketing to embed NRM mindset into decision-making
  • Support development of NRM tools
  • Collaborate with Global NRM to co-create new RM processes and share best-in-class practices

 

Important for company:

  • Higher financial / mathematical / technical education
  • 3+ years’ experience at Finance Controller / Business Analytics position in multinational FMCG/Pharma company or Revenue Growth manager / Sales effectiveness consultant
  • People management / Project Management experience 3 years
  • Knowledge of NRM methodology, analyses, outputs and process
  • Ability to manage data, perform analysis distil insights
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop and evaluate initiatives
  • Ability to drive NRM content development – apply and adapt standard methodology for local market requirements, focus on key issues, identify next steps, focus on major opportunities, develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to aggregate NRM opportunities into a holistic integrated NRM plan
  • Ability to communicate messages in simple and visual but data and insight driven way, package insights into coherent story flow
  • Ability to manage a complex cross-functional process, influence stakeholders across functions, facilitate decision making, resolve differences of opinion
  • Deep understanding of market context: market trends, competitors, consumers; brand P&L and key P&L drivers; market/category growth drivers
