Application laboratory activities: work on the client`s projects to create the finished products beverages (including soft drinks, spirits, juices, plant-based drinks etc), food service (Ice cream etc), and sensory evaluation of the ingredients` samples. Physical-chemical testing of the finished products and ingredients; Tasting the created and client`s products. To provide the clients with technological recommendations and audit the client`s site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and production of innovative concepts and formulations for our national and international customers in the Food Industry
- Support in development briefings, i.e. from the idea for a product through to production
- Carry out/create laboratory blending in compliance with CU Legislation, deadline, cost, quality specifications, and ingredients analysis to avoid complaints
- Provide finished product and product samples and organize the sampling for the clients
- Be responsible for the sensory and physical evaluation and stability of the created finished products
- Carry out the analytical and organoleptically tests and interpret the results
- Check the ingredients (flavors, colors, etc.) and make appropriate adjustments to the formulations while observing the CU Regulation, cost, and quality aspects
- Analyze the reasons and support the processing of customer complaints
- Take care of the maintenance of master data as well as application and development data in the IT systems; to study the new ADM Application
- Be in compliance with and monitor internal and legal requirements and guidelines on hygiene, working hours, food safety, and environmental protection
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Specialist or have a bachelor's degree in food technology
- Have professional experience in food technology manufacture
- Have skills in physical-chemical testing and organoleptically tasting
- Have a keen interest in product development, as well as nutrition and food trends
- Have a passion and technical understanding of complex product development processes, as well as a strong problem-solving ability
- Study innovation and always generate new ideas and choose different paths
- Think "out of the box" and agile working is a matter of course for you
- Feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships as well as cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
- Have experience working with 1C, SAP
- Speak and write in English
